Pat’s Take:
Lots to offer here in this moderately priced community and course. Three interesting 18 hole courses, with “The Groves” being of “executive” length. Two are open to public play while one is truly for members only. Additionally, there are 17 Har-Tru tennis courts and a 5000 square foot fitness centre with a Junior Olympic Pool and Spa. Three restaurants. My complaint…driving range mats. Ouch.

As for real estate opportunities, this is as affordable as it gets in Sarasota with excellent proximity to downtown,University Pk shops and restaurants, UTC mall and area beaches.
